PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee and coordinate web and game development projects. You will work closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high-quality project outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities
1. Product Management

- Define product development strategy, set short-term and long-term goals, and ensure the game product meets strategic KPIs.
- Analyze user data, player behavior, and market trends to make informed decisions on features, improvements, and product direction.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, design, development, QA, launch, to post-launch improvements.
- Collect feedback from Testers, QA,.. and stakeholders, and implement continuous improvements to enhance user experience.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmap) on Confluence or Notion.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and objectives.
2. Project Management

- Plan projects in detail, define milestones, assign tasks, track progress, and proactively manage risks.
- Coordinate resources across teams (Game Designer, FE,BE, Art, QA….) to ensure projects are executed on time and efficiently.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure output quality and adherence to internal game development processes.
- Monitor progress and report regularly to management, proposing adjustments when necessary.
- Manage and maintain project management tools (Jira,…) to ensure tasks, milestones, and deliverables are up-to-date.
3. Research & Analysis

- Analyze feature performance, user funnels, and player behavior to optimize user experience.
- Support the team in data-informed decision-making based on actionable insights.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in the gaming industry; experience with successful game titles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to evaluate games, game design, and business models.
- Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Notion).
- Proactive, responsible, logical, creative, and self-motivated.
