Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing payment requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Prepare monthly payment plan.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations, vendor invoices, and payment processing.
• Record, process, and reconcile daily accounting transactions in the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS/VAS and internal policies.
• Manage GL operations, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, intercompany, and month-end close activities.
• Track and allocate costs by project.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and statutory reports as required by regulators and management.
• Prepare statutory tax and statistic reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing data, reconciliations, and any required documentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support audits and process improvements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field;
• 5 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and cost accounting; experience in IT, software development, or gaming industries is preferred;
• Solid understanding of VAS and current Vietnam tax regulations;
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MISA, FAST, ERP tools)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Honest, discreet, with a strong sense of integrity and compliance.
